Terms of Service

The service
FindDue provides informational matching, claim-preparation software, and limited operational assistance at your direction. FindDue is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, is not a settlement administrator, and is not affiliated with any case.
You remain the claimant
You are responsible for determining whether the class definition applies to you and for the truth and completeness of every answer. FindDue may pre-fill information, but you must review and electronically sign each claim. FindDue never attests under penalty of perjury on your behalf.
Subscriptions
FindDue charges a subscription, not a contingency fee, and never takes a percentage of a recovery. Monthly service is $14.99 and annual service is $39.99 unless a checkout page states otherwise. You may cancel future renewal. Administrators send approved payments directly to you.
Value guarantee
If verified settlement recoveries received during your first subscription year are less than the subscription price you paid, you may request 12 additional months of service at no charge. The guarantee is not a cash refund and requires reasonable documentation of recoveries.
No guarantee
A match is an estimate, not a promise of eligibility or payment. Courts and settlement administrators control claim periods, decisions, payment amounts, and timing. Official administrator materials govern if they differ from FindDue.
Acceptable use
You may submit only truthful claims for yourself or a person you are legally authorized to represent. You may not automate false filings, interfere with the service, or use another person’s information without permission.
Disputes
Please contact hello@finddue.com first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. If both sides agree after a dispute arises, they may use simple, individual arbitration. Arbitration is optional for this MVP; neither side is required to waive court rights in advance.
