Privacy Policy

What we collect
We collect the account and profile information you provide, including your name, email, mailing address, state, quiz answers, and electronic signature. We also retain claim packets, status history, and basic security logs. FindDue does not ask for Social Security numbers or bank-login credentials in this MVP.
How we use information
We use your information to match you with open settlement claim periods, pre-fill claim forms, authenticate your account, provide subscription features, prevent abuse, and—only after your review, attestation, and signature—carry out your direction to submit a claim packet.
Analytics and advertising measurement
When configured, FindDue uses Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure page views, completed eligibility checks, checkout starts, registrations, and confirmed subscription purchases. Meta may receive browser identifiers, IP address, user agent, page URL, and a one-way hash of your email; FindDue never sends claim answers, mailing address, signature, settlement eligibility, Social Security number, or bank credentials. Browser and server copies share an event ID so Meta counts one event. FindDue honors Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track for these events.
When information is shared
A signed claim packet may be shared with the official settlement administrator only when you expressly direct submission. Infrastructure, payment, and configured analytics providers may process limited information on our behalf. FindDue does not sell personal information for money. Some US privacy laws define advertising measurement as “sharing”; Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track disable Meta tracking.
Retention and security
We retain account and signed claim records while needed to provide the service, document your instructions, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use access controls and encrypted transport, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may file directly on every official administrator site without using FindDue. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@finddue.com. Some signed transaction records may need to be retained.
US state rights
Residents of states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information and to appeal a denied request. Contact hello@finddue.com to exercise those rights.
