Not a law firm

FindDue is not a law firm and its employees are not acting as your lawyers. Information in the product is general administrative information, not legal advice. Using FindDue does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Not an administrator or case affiliate

FindDue is not a settlement administrator, court, defendant, class counsel, or government agency and is not affiliated with any listed case. Names and links identify public settlement resources.

Limited operational agent

When you direct submission, you appoint FindDue only as a limited operational agent to transmit the claim packet that you reviewed and signed. You remain the claimant. FindDue does not make declarations, attest under penalty of perjury, negotiate, endorse checks, or receive settlement funds for you.

Free official filing

You never need FindDue to file a settlement claim. Claims can be filed free through the official administrator website linked next to each FindDue action. FindDue never takes a percentage of an approved settlement payment.

Catalog and estimates

Only cases represented as open settlements should have an open, court-approved claims period. Investigations are separate and are not advertised as paying money. Payout ranges, deadlines, proof requirements, and matches are estimates that must be checked against the official notice.
